What do you do?
We buy houses fast, for cash, in any condition. We are ideal if you need a quick sale and do not desire, or have the time, to list with an agent.
Are there any fees/commissions?
No fees. No commissions. All fees will be paid by us.
How does it work?
Simply fill in the form or give us a call at (504) 565-2024 . We will schedule a time to see the house and see what repairs will be needed. With this information, we will make an offer. If we agree on a price, we will sign a contract and send it to a title company to prepare for the closing sale. We close, you receive your money, and you’re done!
